On the morning of November 18, a delegation of 13 led by the consul of the Cultural and Educational Cooperation Section of French Consulate General in Shenyang Ms. Zhao Meilin visited DMU. The delegation includes the representatives from the Promotion Department of Higher Education of the Cultural and Educational Cooperation Section of French Consulate General in Shenyang, Alliance française in Dalian, UNIVERSITE DE BORDEAUX - FACULTE D'ECONOMIE GESTION ET AES, ESSEC BUSINESS SCHOOL, EXCELIA GROUP, GRENOBLE ECOLE DE MANAGEMENT, KEDGE, LEONARD DEVINCI GROUP, INSTITUT NATIONAL DES SCIENCES APPLIQUEES (INSA), ECOLE INTERNATIONALE DES SCIENCES DU TRAITEMENT DE L'INFORMATION, INSTITUT SUPERIEUR D'ELECTRONIQUE DE PARIS. Vice-President Zhao Youtao met the visitors.

Mr. Zhao firstly expressed warm welcome to the delegation led by Ms. Zhao and briefly introduced DMU from the aspects of international cooperation, personnel training and faculty. He hoped that DMU could take this opportunity to establish partnership with French universities to cooperate in the exchanges between faculty and students, teaching and scientific research and other related fields.

Ms. Zhao thanked DMU for its warm welcome and briefly introduced the French higher education system and its future development goals. She also said that France would offer new study-abroad policies for Chinese students, including increasing the number of scholarships and English-taught courses, providing French language teaching and developing dual degree programs at the graduate level. She hoped that French universities could have more cooperation opportunities with DMU in the aspects of student exchange and scientific research.

French universities also introduced their basic situations, emphasizing their characteristics and their cooperation with Chinese universities. They hoped that they can carry out substantive cooperation with DMU.
