一、专业简介
I.Program Profile
本专业学生主要学习数学、物理、力学、外语、计算机及船舶与海洋工程原理的基础知识;船舶与海洋结构物设计制造、船舶经营与管理等专业基础知识;熟悉国内和国际有关船舶与海洋结构物的规范与法规;了解造船与海洋开发的理论前沿、新型船舶与海洋结构物的发展动态;掌握舰船与海洋结构物的设计、建造、经营的理论和方法。具有从事实际工作的能力和一定的科学研究的能力。
Students will learn mathematics, physics, mechanics, foreign language, computer and basic knowledge about the principle of naval architecture and ocean engineering, design, manufacture and management of ship and ocean engineering structures; familiar with domestic and international norms and regulations about ship and ocean engineering structure ; understand the frontier theory on shipbuilding and ocean exploration and development tendency of new ship and ocean engineering structure; master theory and methods about design, manufacture, management of ship and ocean engineering structure; have the ability to engage in practical work and some scientific research.

II.Program Objectives
本专业培养具备现代船舶与海洋工程设计、研究、建造的基本技能和管理基础知识、计算机编程及应用能力,能在船舶与海洋结构物设计、研究、制造、检验、使用和管理等部门从事技术和管理方面工作的船舶与海洋工程学科高级工程技术人才。
The program aims to cultivate students with basic skills of designing, research and construction in modern naval architecture and ocean engineering, basic knowledge in management, and abilities of computer programming and application,also to train the students to be senior talents in naval architecture and ocean engineering who will engage in the technical and managerial work in fields of design, research, manufacturing, inspection, application and administration of naval and ocean structure.

3、具有一定的体育和军事基本知识,掌握科学锻炼身体的基本技能,养成良好的体育锻炼和卫生习惯,受到必要的军事训练,达到国家规定的大学生体育和军事训练合格标准,具备健全的心理和健康的体魄,能够履行建设祖国和保卫祖国的神圣义务。
